About the Founder
ForensiqFlow AI was created by a forensic practitioner trained at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), specialising in digital evidence and employment disputes.
With a background in forensic science and digital investigations, the founder has worked at the intersection of HR, law and technology—helping UK organisations turn messy email chains, chat logs and clinical notes into defensible evidence.
Their academic work focuses on how everyday HR processes—suspensions, disciplinaries, grievances—can either strengthen or destroy an employer’s position at Employment Tribunal. ForensiqFlow AI is the practical expression of that research, built for time-poor HR and People teams.
By combining a structured Academy with a live Shield Copilot, the founder’s goal is simple: give UK SMEs access to ‘Master’s-level’ forensic thinking, without expecting managers to become lawyers or IT forensics experts.
